Les lymphomes non hodgkiniens (LNH) sont des proliférations clonales malignes du tissu lymphoïde; ils représentent la majorité des lymphomes. Les LNH touchent surtout les ganglions lymphatiques mais ils peuvent se développer dans tous les organes. Les LNH osseux sont rares et la localisation centro-mandibulaire reste exceptionnelle. Un cas de LNH B diffus à grandes cellules avec des symptômes simulant une ostéite mandibulaire est rapporté.
Abstract
Non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) are malignant proliferations of lymphoid tissue and represent most of lymphoma. NHL touche nodes but can get above all the organs. NHL of bone is rarely found and mandible localization is exceptional. A case report of a diffuse large B cell NHL simulating a mandible osteitis is reported.
