MR angiography shows communication between a left PCA (P2) branch and a dilated vein of Galen channel (red arrow, A), with early straight sinus opacification, suggesting dural AV fistula. Early opacification of the torcula, left transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus, and internal jugular vein (yellow arrows, B and C) is also noted.
