A 9-year-old girl reported with the complaint of discomfort in her upper jaw for the past 6 months. She also gave history of occasional sense of bleeding inside her mouth. On intra oral examination, multiple purplish red papules with warty surface were seen extending from the mid posterior hard and soft palate region involving the left side. The lesions appeared coalesced in the mid soft palate region and was compressible to some extent (Fig. 1) . The discomfort experienced by the patient was due to the verrucous growth and bleeding may be due to trauma to the lesion from food. The differential diagnoses that were considered include intra-oral Verrucous hemangioma, lymphangioma circumscriptum and verrucous epidermal nevus. Incisional biopsy was performed under local anesthesia and it was confirmed histopathologically (Fig. 2) as Verrucous Hemangioma. These are benign lesions that has to considered in the diagnosis of vascular lesions with a verrucous appearance.
