This examination reveals a partial but significant filling of the left maxillary sinus (arrow). b. Postoperative radiological examination performed 6 months after tooth recovery, showing good healing of the left maxillary sinus and ethmoid cells. This examination also shows a widened meatus following the meatotomy operation.
