Pre-implant CBCT examination. NNT Viewer software (NewTom, Verona, Italy) allowed to visualize implant in the alveolar ridge and to determine orientation, diameter and length of the proposed implant. A 6 × 10 mm implant (Zimmer Dental Trabecular Metal®) was chosen. Trabecular bone appeared loose. Bone hypertrophic abnormalities were notable on the lingual side of the mandibule.
