Résumé

Les traumatismes des incisives temporaires supérieures sont très fréquents car c’est l’endroit le plus touché lors des chocs frontaux chez l’enfant. Parmi ces pathologies dentaires traumatiques fréquentes, on retrouve la luxation complète, puis l’extrusion et l’intrusion. Cette étude rapporte le cas d’un enfant de 4 ans, victime d’un traumatisme sur les incisives temporaires supérieures, conséquence d’une chute lors d’une activité sportive. On notait une plaie de la lèvre inférieure, l’intrusion des incisives centrales et la luxation complète de la 52. La radiographie panoramique a permis d’apprécier le degré d'intrusion des dents et l'état des germes des incisives permanentes. Le test de vitalité était positif pour 51 et 61. À la fin du bilan, il a été décidé de se limiter à la prescription d’un traitement médicamenteux (antibiotique et anti-inflammatoire). En quelques semaines, l’évolution a été favorable et les dents intruses ont repris leur place.

Abstract

The traumas of the superior temporary incisors are very frequent because it is the place the most affected during the frontal shocks at the child. Among these frequent traumatic dental pathologies, we find the complete dislocation, then the extrusion and the intrusion. This study reports the case of a 4-year-old child, a victim of a trauma on the superior temporary incisors, the consequence of a fall during a sport activity. We noted a wound of the lower lip, the intrusion of the central incisors and the completes dislocation of 52. The panoramic radiography allowed to appreciate the degree of intervention of teeth and state of the germs of the permanent incisors. The test of vitality was positive for 51 and 61. At the end of the assessment, it was decided to limit itself to the prescription of a medicinal treatment (antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs). In a few weeks, the evolution was favorable and teeth intruders took back their place.
