Histopathological examination revealed sheets, ducts (A: arrow), and whorls (B: arrow) of darkly staining ovoid to round epithelial cells suggestive of odontogenic epithelial cells. A few basophilic calcifications were also observed (C: arrow). The duct-like structures were lined by columnar cells (D: arrow).
